Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Dropshipping Notice

Everya operates on a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
As a result:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location

  • Returned items must be approved before being sent back

  • Return addresses may differ from the original shipping address


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at everyashopify@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Everya is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or card statement

  2. Contact your payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.


International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes

  • Refunds do not include customs fees or import taxes
