We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotions

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays


Shipping Time

Everya operates on a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

These are estimated timeframes, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

Occasional free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly stated on our website.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking details to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost


Delays & Lost Packages

Everya is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Postal or courier services

  • Events outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.)

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Everya is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue.
